1) GENERAL

These Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) govern your use of our website www.vahanawhiteway.com (the “Website”) and our “Vahana Whiteway” application for mobile and handheld devices (the “App”). The Website along with its subdomains and the App are jointly referred to as the “Platform”.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you use the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the services on the Platform, and we request you to uninstall the App. By installing, downloading, or merely using the Platform, you signify your acceptance to the Terms of Use and other Vahana Whiteway policies (including but not limited to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, etc.) as posted on the Platform from time to time.

The Platform is owned and operated by Vahana Whiteway Farmer Producer Company, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at H No. 3-153/2, SY No 17, Mysireddypally, Bommalaramaram, Nalgonda, Telangana – 508126, India

For these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer or customer on the Platform or agreed to avail services by providing registration data while registering on the Platform as a registered user. The terms “we”, “us” or “our” shall mean Vahana Whiteway Farmer Producer Company.

Vahana Whiteway Farmer Producer Company is engaged in the business of collecting fresh milk directly from farmers, processing it under hygienic conditions, and supplying pure milk and related dairy products to customers. The Buyers can choose and place orders (“Orders”) from a variety of dairy products listed and offered for sale on the Platform, and we enable the delivery of such orders at selected localities (“Delivery Services”).

2) AMENDMENTS

These Terms of Use are subject to modifications at any time. We reserve the right to modify or change these Terms of Use and other Vahana Whiteway policies at any time by posting changes on the Platform. You shall be responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use and other policies and note the changes. Your continued usage of the services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3) USE OF PLATFORM AND SERVICES

3.1 All Products listed will be sold at the prevailing MRP unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change. You agree to pay the price applicable at the date of delivery.

3.2 Milk and its products need to be stored in the refrigerator at the temperature level mentioned on the packaging. Complaints regarding quality will be reviewed by our Quality Team subject to your adherence to storage guidelines.

3.3 Products prepared from milk (e.g., ghee, curd, paneer) depend on various factors such as culture, preparation process, and storage conditions. We are not responsible for any quality issues caused due to mishandling, late pickup, or incorrect preparation.

3.4 Product images shown are for reference purposes only. Actual packaging, weight, and other details may vary.

3.5 We guarantee only those products/services produced and supplied directly by us. For third-party products, we accept no liability for errors or omissions.

3.6 Complaints regarding quality or delivery must be reported within 24 hours, along with photos/videos as proof.

3.7 We may contact you via telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other electronic methods regarding your orders, payments, or feedback. Calls may be recorded for quality purposes.

3.8 Delivery timelines are approximate. We may send updates in case of delays. Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

3.9 Use of Platform shall not involve prohibited activities.

Uploading unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.

Infringing third-party intellectual property rights.

Misleading, fraudulent, or spamming activities.

Any activity that harms the reputation of “Vahana Whiteway Farmer Producer Company”.

4) ACCOUNT REGISTRATION OR USE OF PLATFORM

4.1 You may access the Platform by creating a “Vahana Whiteway Account”.

4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or non-compliance.

4.4 Goods purchased are for personal use only, not for resale.

5) BOOKINGS AND FINANCIAL TERMS

5.1 Orders may be placed on subscription or otherwise. Fulfillment is subject to availability.

5.2 Orders are treated as confirmed, but we may call or message you for confirmation.

5.3 All orders and subscriptions are processed on a 100% advance payment basis. At the time of selecting your deliveries or subscription plan, full payment for the chosen duration must be made. Once payment is received, deliveries will be made as per the selected schedule until the subscription period ends. Orders without full advance payment will not be processed.

5.4 Payments shall be made in Indian Rupees via:

  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI or RBI-approved payment methods

We currently use Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. and Juspay Services as our payment gateway providers.

5.5 Refunds for failed transactions will follow bank/payment gateway policies.

5.6 Quality complaints must be reported within 24 hours with proper proofs.

5.7 Any change in order/subscription must be updated before 10:00 PM the day before delivery. After cutoff, requests cannot be processed.
